Do I need to install anything?

Not at all, ZipZoomAuto is a hosted application, similar to your online banking. There are no upgrades, updates or patches necessary for you to manage. We do it all from our side of the fence so you don't have to worry about it.

Why do I need a website?

For two main reasons. First, a good website provides your dealership with local, regional, and global reach. People will start buying cars from you from out-of-state.

Second, I'm sure you've noticed the decline in print publishing. It's a fact of our times that the Internet will replace many popular publications and now is the right time to own a website.

Can I modify the design of my website or design one from scratch?

Of course! We provide many SEO compliant and professional templates for you to choose from for free, but if you don't like any of them, you may design one yourself or hire a designer to do it for you. ZipZoomAuto gives you complete control over your templates and pages.

Can I export my data in case I wanted to cancel my account?

Absolutely! We hope that you will not leave us, but if you decide to, we'll help you export your data into CVS or XML before closing your account.

Can I import vehicles from other applications into ZipZoomAuto?

Currently, ZipZoomAuto doesn't have a standard way of doing that (it's in development.) But feel free to contact us at support@zipzoomauto.com and we might be able to work out a custom solution for you.

Can I track my website's visitors and number of hits?

Yup. ZipZoomAuto is integrated with Google Analytics, a free service from Google. It tracks how many visits your site gets, the total number of views each vehicle receives and even tells you where these hits are coming from. There is much more to it than this and we recommend that you use it because it helps you enhance the content of your site.

We believe that tracking website traffic should be left to a neutral 3rd party that specializes in analyzing sites.

ZipZoomAuto was designed with Firefox in mind. It's a free, faster, safer and smarter browser than we've ever seen and we recommend that you use it.
Is our data backed up in case of an emergency?
ZipZoomAuto backs up data nightly and will do its best to recover any data loss that might take place. We use the latest hardware with redundant drives to minimize the possibility of data loss.
Is ZipZoomAuto reliable, secure, and confidential?
ZipZoomAuto is hosted in a state-of-the-art facility in Houston, TX. The hosting environment is equipped with dual diesel backup generators, 24 x 7 security monitoring with biometric security entry to building, and redundant carriers.
Can we install ZipZoomAuto on our own server?
ZipZoomAuto is a hosted solution, like your online banking. It is installed, secured, and maintained on our servers.
Do you provide phone support?
We provide unlimited support via email for paying customer. We do our best to respond to emails within a couple of hours. You can rest assured that a knowledgeable and qualified person will respond to your email. We do not outsource our support overseas or employ unqualified support staff.
Are there any sign up fees, termination fees or hidden fees that we need to know about?
None. We don't believe in sign up fees, hidden fees, or termination fees. You can sign up and leave at anytime, no strings attached. ZipZoomAuto is a pay as you go service. You can also add as many users as you'd like, we don't charge by the user.
How much does it cost?
Currently ZipZoomAuto is accepting select dealers and is charging a very reasonable price. Please fill out the sign up form and we'll contact you very soon with some more details.
