What is the difference between website designs?
Basic Website Designs are professional websites, but they lack some advanced elements like movement on the homepage. They're good for smaller dealerships that are just starting out.
Premium Website Designs have more features than basic designs. For example, your premium design includes: 1) Movement on the homepage, 2) a Premium photo album, 3) a custom logo, and 4) a 1 time site modification request. Meaning, you can ask us to modify the site anyway you want once. 5) Get more updates & new features than the basic designs
Custom Website Designs are customized specifically for your dealership. You'll get your own logo, colors and look. More importantly, you online identity will be unique to your dealership. No other dealer can select your design.

Vehicle History Reports*
What are history reports?
ZipZoomAuto is integrated with CARFAX* and AutoCheck**. Simply plug in your CARFAX username and password or your AutoCheck ID and you'll be able to pull history reports when you access your ZipZoomAuto account from your mobile.
There's no limit on how many history reports you may pull, but you'll need to have an account with either CARFAX or AutoCheck.
* CARFAX subscribers will be billed according to the terms of their CARFAX Account.
** AutoCheck subscribers will be billed according to their AutoCheck account terms.

Book Value Reports*
Which book values does ZipZoomAuto provide?
Currently ZipZoomAuto only provides N.A.D.A book values. BlackBook values are coming up very soon.
Book values are add-ons with extra monthly charges. N.A.D.A's price is $30/month. So if you opt-in to use N.A.D.A, you would add $30 to the regular monthly subscription cost.

How does the free trial work?
The first 15 days of your subscription are free. If you decide not to signup, the account will be cancelled automatically and you won't be charged a thing.
If you decide to signup, the system will ask you to enter your credit card and to select the desired plan.

Can I keep my current domain name?
Of course! If you have your own domain name, we can help you configure it to point to your ZipZoomAuto website.
If you don't have a domain, we can buy one for you and configure it for a small fee.
Can you import my vehicles from some other website to get started?
For a small fee, we can import your vehicles if they're available on another website. Please note that the imported vehicles' attributes and descriptions might not completely match the ones on your current site.
Do I need to have an account with CARFAX or AutoCheck in order to view history reports?
Yes. You will need a commercial account with either CARFAX or AutoCheck in order to view history reports using ZipZoomAuto.
ZipZoomAuto makes it possible to view these reports along with other important info using your mobile phone. Please note that you will be billed according to the terms of your vehicle history report account provider.
Can I only use the scanner and not use the website features?
Sure, but ZipZoomAuto was designed as a turnkey solution for car dealers. Our goal is to help you buy the car at the auction and sell it online all in one integrated process. But you are free to use some features and not others.
Why are there extra charges for Book Values?
Currently ZipZoomAuto provides N.A.D.A Book values. Black Book is coming soon. There's an extra $30 monthly charge for N.A.D.A values.
If you opt-int to using N.A.D.A values, you'll be charged the monthly fee according to the packages above plus $30 extra every month. If you don't opt-in to using N.A.D.A values, you'll only be charged the monthly fee outlined above.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive.
Is there a setup fee?
Nope.
If I cancel my account within 15 days of signing up, will I be charged any fees?
No. If you cancel within your 15 day trial period, you won't be charged. Please see our billing terms & conditions.
Do I need a credit card to signup?
No. You'll need to enter your credit card when your trial is over and you've decided to use ZipZoomAuto.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes.
